Why less than 0.3% THC?

In France, where we cultivate our hemp, CBD oil must contain less than 0.3% THC to meet legal regulations. This limit is crucial in many countries, including France, to differentiate between hemp, which has low THC levels, and marijuana, which typically contains much higher concentrations of THC. CBD products derived from hemp with under 0.3% THC are considered legal in France and many other jurisdictions. Exceeding this limit makes the product illegal. This THC threshold ensures that consumers can enjoy the benefits of CBD without psychoactive effects.
